You will wind up with a full upper body strengthening exercise option. Adjust the height of the rings to increase or decrease the intensity of this exercise. Be sure to keep your shoulders pulled back in place and do not over extend at the joint.The girls workout consisted of movement training and Level 1 functional power with focus on eccentric strength/stability strength.
